SHIPPING & RETURNS
Postage within Australia is capped at $7, Express Shipping is capped at $12 & Free shipping over $120 AUD.
Tracking number will be supplied once shipped.
We only ship during Business hours Monday - Friday (9am-4pm) This excludes public holidays.
Orders will generally be shipped in 2-5 business days. Public holidays and weekends are not included in this timeframe.
Orders placed during a release or sale may take up to 1 week to ship due to high volume of orders
Express shipping 1-3 business days* (must be located within the Express Post network). Does not include packing times- see above
We take no responsibility for delays to deliveries caused by Freight Carriers. This is out of our control.
- We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Please note delivery times could be affected due to ongoing demand because of COVID-19
If for any reason you are not happy with the products purchased, we are happy to discuss further with you providing the product is undamaged and in its original condition with tags still attached in packaging. It is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item, unless goods are deemed faulty. We can offer an exchange or store credit.
When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a "fair and reasonable" policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the products you purchase from us.
We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items.
All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of purchase. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling).
